Ryoba Nokogiri. All purpose saw with two saw edges. 210 mm long.
The Ryoba saw has one rip-cut and one cross-cut edge and is suitable for deep cuts. Handmade by Mr. Ryoichi Kanzawa.
Japaneese saws all work on the pull-stroke and should be used with only light pressure on the saw-pull and none on the back stroke. The teeth are different from European style saws and are very efficient and give a very smooth cut. It is possible to re-sharpen a Japaneese saw, but it is difficult. We provide You with the tools for that if You dare to try.
We sell the follwing japaneese saws: Dozuki for rip-cut Dozuki for cross-cut Kugihiki for flush-cut Ryoba (240 and 210 mm). Spareblade available (All these saws are handmade)
