Prices All prices are shown including Swedish VAT (25%). To calculate prices without VAT, multiply by 0,8.You may select another currency below left at the site, just under the language flags. Prices may be shown in SEK, Euro and USD.
Terms of payment
Customers in Sweden pay against invoice, 20 days net, upon specification of company registration number or socual security number
Customers outside Sweden pay in advance against invoice. You find all information about payment procedures under the heading “Buyer Information” above.
Terms of delivery
Free our warehouse in Täby (Stockholm), Sweden.
Delivery time
Our ambition is to ship your order immediately. However, this is subject to the current stock levels and unfortunately your order may be shipped a few days later because some products have been sold out for the moment.
Freight For deliveries within Sweden we use the Swedish Post. Shipping costs within sweden is maximum SEK 110 including VAT. If possible we try to make it even cheaper.
We also use UPS (United Parcel Service) and are also able to handle Your Express-shipments. Shipemts with UPS are charged at actual costs.
For orders outside Sweden we use UPS only. Shipmenst outside Sweden are charged at actual costs
Invoice, 20 days net From the 1 April 2006 all our Swedish customers pay against Invoice, 20 days net. To be eligible you need to provide your company registration number or your social security number with your first order Customers outside Sweden pay against invoice in advance.
Risk and Title to the goods
The risk of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery, however all goods will remain the property of Tools 4 Woods Sweden AB until full payment for delivered goods has been received.
Repentance- and return rights
When you buy a product from Tools 4 Wood Sweden AB, you have always 14 days of repentance time and right to return the product if you are not satisfied. The Invoice is considered as your proof of purchase and 14 days start counting upon date of delivery. For all products we expect that they should not have been used and they shall be sent in the original packing. If this term is not fulfilled, we need to decrease the amount of credit in order to cover for new packing and usage. Contact us if you are not satisfied with your product or purchase!
Product reclaim and complaints
We examine all products both when they arrive in our warehouse and when we ship them to you. However, we urge you to carefully check all the products You receive in order to find any defects as soon as possible. Reclaims and complaints should be done within 5 days upon receipt of the goods Reclaim and complaints cover defect products or obvious manufacturing defects. We follow the supplier term of warranties and give always at least 1 year warranty for product or production defects, according to our supplier recommendations (see below for a brief specification of respective manufacturer terms of warranties).When you reclaim a product, we send a new (the same or equal). No responsibility is accepted by Tools 4 Wood Sweden AB for any damage or loss, including consequential loss arising directly or indirectly out of the products supplied or arising by reason of any failure of the said products, or usage of defect products, with the quotation and the Customer shall indemnify Tools 4 Wood Sweden against liability in respect of all or any loss or damage arising or in any manner whatsoever.
Return procedures If you need to return a product to us, the first step is to contact us via e-mail (in writing). Thereafter you will receive a return-number which has to be quoted on the return shipment. Without a proper return number, we will not accept any return. For all returns, the sender is responsible for shipping-costs and insurance. |
